The Executive Master’s degree in Clinical Quality, Safety & Leadership provides students with a working knowledge of the history and fundamentals of patient safety and quality, implementation science, human factors, the importance of psychological safety and the creation of a just culture, and how leadership drives change in the complex healthcare environment.

Academic Policies

The academic policies and procedures of the Clinical Quality, Safety & Leadership program are those specified in the Georgetown University Bulletin, in the SOH Graduate Student Handbook, and in the Program Handbook.

To earn the Executive Master’s degree in Clinical Quality, Safety & Leadership, students must take 32 credits, including 20 credits of required courses, 8 credits of elective courses, and 4 credits of capstone courses.
