The executive certificate in Clinical Quality, Safety & Leadership provides students with a working knowledge of the history and fundamentals of patient safety and quality, implementation science, human factors, the importance of psychological safety and the creation of a just culture, and how leadership drives change in the complex healthcare environment.

Program Requirements
